Expanding Baking & Catering Business

Hello Everyone,

I am a pastry chef from the US. I just moved to the Philippines with my two children. I have a business in the US in which I cater and ship & deliver our baked goods. My goal is to open up a small shop or stand at a food hall to start. However, I would like to expand to Manila and am not sure where to start since everything is very different here.

Questions:

- Where would I go for proper business permits and food licensing?
-Where do businesses go to get their ingredients, restuarant and packaging supplies? In the US there are places such as AMD USA or Restaurant Depot, Bulk stores (Sam's, BJ's, Costco)

Thanks so much for all your help!
