Are marriage contracts from from other countries recognized by Philippines Authority

Dear all, I am a tunisian Citizen willing to marry a German Citizen living in Tunisia, and we both intend to move to philippines because my partner had an expat contract there.
My questions are about the administrative steps that i need to follow before and after this move:
- What kind of residence permit would i need to apply to once there?
- Is the tunisian marriage contract valid in philippines or would it be better to have a European contract ? If the tunisian wedding contract is not recognized, what would be the solution to obtain my permit?
