Seeking Information

Hello All, Looking for information on changing an NSO Document. Myself married in the States (only) to a Filipina on a working visa in 1996, we divorced in 2010 one child and continue to pay my responsibility 5k per month when her income is over 100 k, leaving me enough for some dry fish. Back when she sent our marriage certificate via the embassy and is a part of NSO.s documents. I'm in Mindanao an would like this removed from this record, since NSO just is the keeper of documents they cant or do not know how to correct this, maybe because divorced is not recognized here. Do any of you know how this can be accomplished. In my mine I'm divorced. I went to the RTC regional trail court on a motion and my request was granted with the documents I provided. But for the sake of Reilly (how did that get in my head) all falls on deaf ears. Thanks for your thoughts and ideas
