Sick Father

I am asking for some advice please. My husbands 85 year old father has been living in the Philippines for the last 10 years. We have had very little contact from him. He has bought a house with a Philippino lady and they were married. Unfortunately they are now separated. and he lives alone in a remote property. He doesn't have any friends and is almost a recluse. His health has deteriorated over the last few months. He has very little money and has no private medical insurance. We are not in a financial position to help him. I'm not sure he would be able to make the journey back to the Uk. A couple of his conditions that I am aware of is Cataracts (nearly blind), incontinence and more recently coughing up alot blood. He says he cant afford to see a doctor. Any advice would be welcome and costs of seeing a doctor etc.
