Hello,
I have an expat client who has diminished capacity but generally functions independently. He moved from Cambodia to the Philippines last year, and we are evaluating making a change in his health insurance. Unfortunately, I am limited in the advice I can provide on some topics like this since I am located in the US.
Is anyone aware of a resource for expats in the Philippines, perhaps one that can offer some general guidance with personal affairs? When my client lived in Cambodia, we were able to locate a counselor who was willing to assist with some administrative items and give some periodic advice.
My client currently resides in Bacolod City, but I understand resources may be limited, and might not be located near him.
Thank you in advance for any help you can provide--it is greatly appreciated.
