internet Amadeo

We are new in Amadeo, Cavite. Having some difficulty acquiring internet/TV service. The former owner of our house used Globe but the provider has reconfigured their tower, educing their signal to near zero. Tried Smart and PLDT. Neither offer service in our area. We bought a Globe pocket wifi with mixed results. Anybody know of a local comm company I might try?
