Norfolk, Va. 71 Homocides, Philippines 16

The US State Departments list all USA citizens killed overseas and the cause. My lovely city of Norfolk of 250,000 had 71 homicides over the 2 year period of 16, and 17. The Philippines had 16 USA citizens, and I saw none in Mindanao listed. Hazardous driving, over there was 14 died in Philippines from vehicular accidents. I just thought this was interesting. I need to move for my own safety from the USA. Of course 60 of the 71 murders here happen in about a 10 block area.
