MINOR REPAIR

Hi everybody,

Please let me know what is a reasonable accepted MINOR REPAIR amount that the Lessee should agree when signing the Lease Agreement for a condo in BGC.

Anyone please advise what we should draw attention when signing about the MAJOR REPAIRS and MINOR REPAIRS in the Lease Agreement. What should be included in the Major Repairs, which the Owner is responsible for.
