Single And The Move To The Philippines

This post is mainly for those that are single in the Philippines, or were single until fairly recently. I and 62, good shape, and will be there Oct 24 thru Nov 19 to hopefully see 4 areas for possible retirement. I would appreciate advice on that in general, and what is it like to move there alone without a girlfriend or wife. How hard is the adjustment, and what advice about any area in dating, housing, areas, and living there. Maybe some do's and don'ts in hindsight.Thank you. I have travelled a lot in the developing countries outside of resorts so somewhat comfortable with that aspect. My goal is to keep all my cost under $3,000 a month, and $2,500 even better.
