Bringing meds and meat questions

One thing that worries me to moving there (though I look forward to it) is bringing our meds. Would we be allowed to have our meds sent to us? Not sure how this works.

My husband who is half Filipino and has family living there, has fibromyalgia. He needs his meds to function. He also can't have red meat. He literally becomes bed ridden if he eats it. We usually eat fish, chicken and rabbit for our meat source. Do they eat more red meat or white meat there?

My meds are over the counter. But it keeps my thyroid in check. I take Ashwagandha. I'm hoping to still be able to keep it coming.
