Storage near Mandaluyong City

Hi All - US expat moving to Manila May 1st 2020 from Kuwait. Anyone have any recommendations for storage units in or near Mandaluyong City?

I have been searching but the prices seen extraordinarily high. At Loc&Stor they want like 69,000 pesos for 3 months for a unit smaller than my 10ftx20ft unit I my truck and other stuff in and paid $1200 fro an entire year.

We send stuff over to Manila piece meal now and keep it in a relatives apartment but my final move is coming and the apartment can't hold all our stuff. I would say about 1 good bedroom size of stuff.

Any recommendations for more reasonable places? Thanks for your help
