PREPAID OR POSTPAID CELL SERVICE

Howdy All,
I'm trying to decide on what cell plan to get. I won't make many calls but I will make a few. Also to land lines and different cell networks here. I'm going to use Globe. I know I can call land lines and different cell networks on their post paid plans but not sure about their prepaid plans. Anyone have experience with this who can give some insight?
