Seeking Advice on Refund of SRRV Deposit

Hi Guys, I am preparing to leave Aus and move permanently to the Phils. Have recently retired and so will be accessing the SRRV. I have done extensive research on it and by & Large I think it is a pretty good deal. What I cant get clear information on is Is this ..... What if everything goes Belly up and I choose to leave the country. The literature says the "Deposit" is guaranteed to be refunded. My inquiry of you all is .... "Does any body know if there are unspoken of Fees attached to the refund process". Does anybody know of someone who has been through that situation and do they have any information that can clarify this for me. Thanking you all greatly for your time and advice.
