Solar Rooftops save Money

If your building a new home in the Philippines you will save money in the long run with a solar roof. The sun is 40% more intense at the equator. With net metering you can sell unused electricity during the day for around P7.50 during peak day usage and purchase for about P3.50 during the night. Solar panels last about 25 years and pay for themselves in about 5 years.
If you have an existing home it also pays to install solar. Tesla sells an all solar panel roof that is more attractive.
