cash transfer

Until recently I have always used western Union to transfer cash from my UK bank account to the Philippines, which is collected by my wife at a WU branch. For some reason there is now a glitch, and my transfers are being cancelled.

Can anyone suggest a safe alternative to WU, using the same method of transfer?
