Stimulus Check

I'm a vet living in the philippines since 2012 and haven't received a stimulus check. I'm married and have claimed it since 2013. My only income is vet compensation which is a flat rate. I pay no taxes and wondered if other vets with same situation exist. Let me know when possible please. Today is April 23rd 2020.
