110V Portable Generator in Philippines?

I have a really nice portable generator here in the States, and would dearly love to take it with me for use in the Philippines. My understanding is, however, that the voltage in PH is 220, not 110.

The way I have it setup now is as a whole-house generator (plug-in at the back of the house with a long cable to connect), even though she's not quite powerful enough to energize everything in the house as I would normally. So I think I could still use here to power individual devices (via her multiple plugs) as long as the appropriate adapters were used.

So, would this thing even work for a whole-house installation?

Thanks.
