treasury check: stimulus

I received my stimulus check here in the Phils. my sis in law sent it from US. id like to know which Phils bank accepts Treasury warrant check? I opened a dollar act. in bpi hoping they would accept it but they told me they only accept ss pension. I went to bdo still haven't heard from them. I even called the US embassy if they can help cashing it out or know a bank that accept it. I no longer have an existing bank in the
US. so if u know anything pls let me know. thanks.
