Visa Extensions /Corona-virus

Hope I am posting the right placd .......sorry if not

my tourist visa here for the Philippines will expire June 27. I live in Cebu city where they just reinstated the ECQ june 15.......it is my understanding since I am 69 I can not be out an about. does anyone else have same problem........... does anyone know if j center immigration is open since the ECQ has been reinstated?

i think this is now the only city under ECQ so i guess this problem would now just for us residing in Cebu city. Any info or advice would be appreciated.......My wife has called immigration hot line but no one answers phone ...Thank you
