Return/Exit Ticket

I am a US citizen and my wife is a PH citizen. We plan on moving back to PH as soon as we can work out the details and get a flight that's not cancelled. We will be travelling together and we have our original documents etc. My question is will I need a return/exit ticket even though I will likely have a 1 yr stamp (that's what I had the last time we went there in 2018). Thanks
