Return/Exit Ticket

My first post here so my apologies if this is duplicated. My wife and I will be relocating to the PH as soon as we can work out the details and manage to get a flight that is not cancelled. I am a US citizen and she is a PH citizen and we have our original documents and will be travelling together. My question is - will I need a return/exit ticket even though I will likely have a 1 year stamp (that's what I had the last time we travelled there in 2018). Thanks for any help
