Hello

No one seems to be able to answer this question I have. Hopefully someone here can. So, under Immigration Memorandum Circular No. SBM-2013-003, non-visa required nationals may extend their stay up to thirty six (36) months. This information is from immigration.gov.ph. What is the law after that? Can a tourist leave The Philippines for a couple days, return, and do the 36 months again? Thank you for any information you can provide.
