Import a Harley to Davao Philippines

Hi All,

I need your help. I am plaining to move to the Philippine in Jan 2021 and want to ship my Harley Davidson Motorcycle to Davao. The Shipper will put the motorcycle in the container but I am responsible for the Prior Approval and paying of taxes. I am getting my 13(a) visa and I have found that there is a No-Dollar Importation of Used Vehicles form where I can apply. I am just not sure of the process which this is done. Has anyone else used this form and help me understand the whole process and timing expectations?
