Greetings Everyone

I am near retirement age , but a ways off. I have alot of interest in the Philippines as a place to visit and explore, meet with the few contacts I have made there, learn about the Philippines more and experience and respect their culture. I'm interested in spending time there in Mindanao on Negros and have some experience with an NGO in the US . I understand some of the challenges or employment there. Are there any suggestions about possibly getting a year contract for work there with any reasonable organizations? Thank you everyone !
