News wire - Feb 28/2021 -"(3rd UPDATE) The arrival of China donated COVID-19 vaccines from China, paves the way for the start of the Philippines' inoculation campaign, the among last to start in Southeast Asia.The aircraft carrying the vaccines – a transport plane of the People's Liberation Army of China – landed at Villamor Air Base in Pasay City around 4:10 pm on Sunday. SinoVac has donated an undisclosed amount of their 'domestic' SinoVac Covid-19 Vaccine . Rumours say its about 600,00 doses . The Philippines cab finally get going on its National campaign of China Vaccine health program. The charge and distribution methods are still under review , however many groups want it away from local governments hands and into the Red Cross's hands . China has offered to distribute the Sinovac Vaccine for free, or for future considerations and costs covered . Duterte will not be taking the Vaccine as it is not recommended for people over 60 years old, and some say he has already got his Vaccine from Western sources . "
