New Drivers License

I just got my first PH license converted from my US license. However they only allowed me to get either the non-professional or a motorcycle restriction not both even though I had the motorcycle classification. I chose the non-professional restriction. Now if i want the motorcycle classification I have to go through the classes etc. Is there a way to remedy that without having to go through all that. Thanks
