Getting back to the Philippines

I am in Florida waiting to leave for the Philippines. I came back for my bro's funeral and Covid coincided. Ugh. My long time GF (4-years) is in Dipalog City. I have just had my 2nd Covid shot here, Pfizer. I am coming up empty on if there is a place I can petition for hardship so I can get out from under Florida Rent and keeping her and her two grandkids afloat. I am a U.S. Citizen Looking for ANY suggestions at this point. Any word if the travel ban is loosening? Thank you in advance.
