Hello, I have twice tried to send my friend in Davao money from USA thru WU and she has been rejected twice. Previously she had no problem picking the money up. They keep cancelling at her end and refunding the money back to me.
Anyone having problems like this? What could be wrong? It used to be a very simple procedure. thanks,
