The gf just bought a house in Carmen City and swears it has no house number or street name attached and there is no lot number or such as identifying data. She says her mailing address is her name, Carmen City, Davao Del Norte

That makes no sense to me. Is it right or likely to be right? As a former CA real estate broker, I can't imagine a government like that.
