To All Travelers Arriving in the Philippines:
Please be informed that the Philippine Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) is strictly requiring all arriving travelers to present the One Health Pass QR Code before boarding their flight(s) to Manila, Laoag, or Davao.
To obtain the said QR code, each passenger must accomplish the One Health Pass Declaration Form (e-HDC).
2-STEP REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Step 1 (to be done before departure) – Register and accomplish the One Health Pass Declaration Form through https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC. Once done, make sure to save a copy of your unique transaction number, which you will need to present at the airport.
Step 2 (to be accomplished at the airport): Prior to boarding your flight, each passenger must answer the e-HDC at https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC by entering your unique transaction number to retrieve your record. Once done, you will receive your unique QR code which you will need to present before boarding and upon arrival.
Note: All information shared in the One Health Pass is collected and processed solely by the Bureau of Quarantine. Mango Tours has no control over the information shared through the Bureau of Quarantine website.
