Preparing to Move from Australia to Manila with the family

Hi All,

I’ve been offered a job in Manila with a package that will pay to move my family with me and put my 2 kids in school. I’ve got one going into prep next year and another going into year 11.

My main concerns are:
1. My husband and I are both men so can he get a visa considering that they do not recognise same sex marriage?
2. Can I bring our nanny? She is just a long term friend and childcare worker who was with us when COVID hit so has lived with us ever since.
