Renewal of Drivers License for 10 Years

Just got my Philippine 10 year license. I did watched E-Learning videos (Part 1 was 2hours & 25 minutes and part 2 was 2 hours & 7 minutes) or the "Comprehensive Drivers Educaton" (CDE). Although I ddn't finished watching those long videos and went to the CDE Online Validation Exam. All these was done thru their online website: https://portal.lto.gov.ph . You need to register first online to access all these. The online exams consisted of 25 questions (most of which consisted of riding motorcycles) which you have to get at least 50% of the questions correct in order to pass. Once you pass they send you (thru email) an Online Validation Exam Certificate Number which you need to have it printed and bring it with you, with your old license, to your nearest LTO office. You also need to have a medical eye test at the LTO office or at any LTO accredited medical center. I have mine done at the LTO office itself, which cost me 500 pesos. The new 10 yr license cost me 580 pesos. I got my new license that same morning. NOTE: You can't have a 10 year renewal if you have any traffic violation, just a 5 year renewal which also cost 580 pesos.
