Well, I'm on my way

I have an appointment tomorrow (9:00 AM EST) for my RT-PCR test in Chelsea, Mass. so that I can fly out of Logan (Boston) on Wednesday to Manila (via Tokyo, 4 hour layover).

Then to our quarantine hotel for 5 or 6 days. Then another test (on the 5th day). The hotel is City Gardens Grand in Makati.

Once cleared, My wife and I will be flying out of Manila to Iloilo Airport and be picked up by my wife's family and we'll be at our farm and I'll see my new house for the first time.

As I said in previous posts, we have a hell of a Christmas bash planned for the 24th.

We brought N95 masks and face shields, just in case they are both needed at any point in our travels. We have credit cards and cash. We have updated our phones so we can receive messages with email access via our cells. We have a lap top and the hotel claims to have pretty good WIFI. I suspect that in Makati, the access must be pretty good. It will be spotty. at best, on the farm in Pototan.

I would appreciate any information of what I can expect during this one month travel plan. I plan on retiring to our farm next year at around this time.
