Missing Dad PLEASE HELP

I am the daughter of James (Jim) Stryker from the US. I know my dad had ties to expats in Philippines and traveled to Cebu for dinner at Thanksgiving with some expats. I am extremely worried about him and no contact since Typhoon hit. Has anyone seen him? Just need to know he is ok? I thought some of his expat friends may be on here. He doesn't have a moustache now.
