Best place to live in the Philippines

I am rather new to this blog and would appreciate everyone’s opinion.
I am an American and happily married to a Filipina for 4 1/2 years. I am a young 71 year old.
We have been discussing moving to the Philippines full time. Certainly lots of places to chose from. Would appreciate everyone’s feedback on where we should consider living.
Here is our criteria:
Away from a city but close enough to shop for quality food.
Clean air, up in the mountains but close to the ocean. Mostly sheltered from typhoons, near beautiful blue water and white sand beaches. Not touristy. Quiet at night. Within a 2 hour drive to an airport. Within an hour drive from a hospital.
Right now considering Negros, or Palawan.
