Us Citizen retiring to Davao Philippines

I would like a complete as possible checklist; we are moving in about 6 months. I know most of it, bring my DD214, Birth certificate, Driver's License, Marriage Certificate, police background check, passport, any previous divorce paperwork, lots of hot weather clothes and shoes for bigger family members, have a US bank that's connected to a local Philippine one. Get newer laptop, unlocked phones, ship balikbayan boxes, Have any necessary Covid and medical paperwork. A few months supply of any subscriptions needed. Should I start my retirement paperwork here or wait until we arrive? Get set up with Charles Schwab credit card, Power of Attorney, Mail forward system, A US based phone number app, Our medical and school documents. I'm and receiving social security.
