Have lived in Tagaytay, Dumaguette. In the states but plan to return in May. Any feedback on Dipalog City? Good or bad. I'm going there to meet a woman I have known 5-years. She was born there. Once settled in we will live together. Know the whole family. Wonderful people. Stable $$$. But how am I gonna like Dipalog City. Salamat.
