Domestic travel rules

Hi
Planning to fly from Manila to Tuguegarao and stay for a week then fly back to Manila, then overland to Puerto gallera for 10 days then back to Manila then fly to ElNido for 10 days then back to Manila to fly home…are we going to have to get PCR tests every time we fly in and out of Manila? Do we need tests to get into Puerto Gallera?
