I plan on traveling to Cebu City @ June. To my knowlege entry into the country requires proof of CVOID vacination(s) and a PCR test 72 hours prior. What is deemed "acceptable" proff of being vaccinated? I'm coming from the US. I have my "Yellow Book" approved by the WHO that I have kept updated since 1991. Issued at Randolph AFB, Texas when I eved with the US Air Force
