Dual Citzenship

Hi,

I'm David. Retired. Looking to possibly spend Retirement in PI.

Background: Mother Filipina, Father American.

Quandry: Born on Clark AFB. As I read the law, I was Natualized as an American Citizen. So having a Filipina Mother, a Naturalized Citizen can receive Dual Citizenship. But it seems the Law is Discriminating against me because I was born on Clark AFB & I was born before 1973. Can anyone point me to a reputable lawyer to finally get a straight answer if Dual Citizenship is possible? Thank you.
