Requirements After SRRV

After receiving an SRRV are there requirements for:

1. how much time one must remain or be in the country?

2. how long one can be out of the country and still be “in status” wrt a valid SRRV?

I am considering applying for an SRRV but continuing to work in the US for another 5 to 10 years. Having the SRRV would allow me to start setting up some things like brokerage and bank accounts, buying condos, etc.
