$35,000 travel insurance question

Any recent travelers to The Philippines? How did you comply with the travel insurance requirement? I am having an issue finding a policy that specifically states that Covid is covered. When speaking with the insurance company representatives, they all say that it’s covered under their emergency medical provisions but there is no mention of Covid in their documents. Has anyone come across a policy that states Covid coverage?
