I'd like to travel to the Philippines later this summer from the US. I have two questions that I could use some advise.

1) Is it possible to obtain a 9A Visa for up to 90 days or lesser timeframe?

2) Is the COVID-19 Vaccination Card from the my CDC accepted by immigration.
