New Lockdowns Coming?

I have plans to go to Cagayan De Oro in June to see someone I met 1.5 years ago. She told me she is worried because she has heard rumors that the government are "discussing" new lock downs for the country because of what is going on in China. Has anyone heard of this? I can't find anything to indicate this.
