VA Doctors/clinics

I am getting all my stuff organized to move there in July and keep getting different info on VA clinics/doctors not covering service connected eligible patients, Does anyone have info or is using the VA there ? Some videos I have seen say they only will cover or treat only what your service injury(s) is. here in the states if you are 100% rated you can be seen/treated for any thing that is bothering you and including Dental
or will/can TRI CARE cover me in Country.
