Work Visa after being fired?

I have been in Philippines on a multiple year work visa which would have naturally ended next month. Unfortunately during the pandemic I got Covid and the company let go quite a few people including myself last year. I have been struggling to stay afloat with getting some low paying jobs online and have saved enough to get home but I am concerned if I will be allowed to leave at teh airport?

My passport still has a stamp that shows I have multiple reentry privileges until July, but since I haven't been working at the company for a year now, I am not sure if they will let me depart the airport without an Exit Clearance (ECC). I would go to immigration office but I am worried they will charge me huge fees which I can't afford to pay right now.
