Housing costs.

One thing i will be doing, is going into a partnership with a friend of mine from the southern Philipinnes.
Finding out about actually getting a hold of the people i need to when we build a house on a property that is being looked at (yes, i know i cannot own any property, thusly the partnership) has been VERY difficult, as i cannot seem to access most local resources from canada.
Chamber of commerce for one,
And getting Building code requirements, as well as contractor names and facilities.
I think the Philipinnes is a VERY beautiful place to live out My elder years, even if only for 6 months a year. :)
