IAW what I've read:
Entry into the Phillippines (CEBU) now requires the "One Health Care Pass" approval and QR code prior to boarding your flight. You will be given a briefing by the BOQ and adminstered a "COVID PCR swab test" prior to release from the airport. Travel insurance is still require but not COVID specific
Is this the current requirements?
