Quota Visa

I have a "Quota" permanent resident visa and received it in 2015 after living 3 years on a tourist visa. Am I required to do 3 year exits? I cant find this info online. Last time I did an exit was Nov 2018 for 2 weeks. I havent left since then. My 5 year ACR card doesnt need to be renewed until 2025.
