Need advice

Good day everyone,

Hello, I am new to these forums. I, US citizen, came here with my wife, who is filipina, in 2020. I arrived was granted a tourist visa. I had all of my documents and funds to get a resident visa to stay or a ticket home if I was denied. We had a deal with my in-laws to fix up their piggery and have a business that would sustain my family. As well as staying with them to help them out.

Three months after being here my father-in-law passed away. Since then everything has snowballed. My mother in-law decided we could only use a few stalls of the piggery, not enough to cover even basic cost of living for my us. She demanded we pay off all of her debits. After I payed off what I could she decided it wasn't enough and stated using our name as store credit. I put a stop to that. We pay for everything, she has no bills, all of her money goes to tong-it.

It has been hell here ever since. I have had to sell all of our sows but two. I have used up all my savings just to provide food. Everything we have tried to do has fell apart because she spreads rumors and does everything she can to hurt us. It has been such a battle that I have had to let my visa expire and now, I know I have to return to the US but I don't know where to start since I have nothing. I should have left a lot sooner but I was afraid to leave my wife here.

I know I messed up horribly I just don't know what to do. Right now I am getting a hold of family in the states to help me come up with the cash for the fees and ticket but so far its not looking good. I am surely facing deportation soon as I am now almost 24 months overstayed. I have emailed the bureau of immigration trying to get the set amount owed and my next step is to get ahold of the US consulate. I live close to Cebu.

It has gotten so bad that I am severally depressed and my anxiety out of control. I have lost over 100lbs this las year, because I cant keep food down due to nerves. I have a panic attack about 1-2 times a week and a stress migraine about once a month. If I can't get back to the US soon I am afraid that for what will happen.

Thought we had prepared for just about everything boy was I wrong.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.
